As education is the foundation of national development, teachers are the essential element of promoting the development of education. With the development of society, there is an increasing demand for the management of talent. Therefore, strengthening the management of teachers has become an important part of achieving education modernization. According to the National Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020), the teacher management system and the teacher exit mechanism should be improved. As an important part of school education, physical education not only has the universal of school education, but also has its own unique feature. As teenagers' physical situation is not optimistic in recent years, government pays more attention to the physical education and health course and the management of physical teachers in elementary school and high school. Recently years, many problems occurred due to the difficulty in implementing the exit mechanism, vague process of teacher management, and undefined standard or the oversimplified means of this mechanism. As a result, many middle and primary school teachers found it hard to quit their professional career. They may face unfair treatment and the welfare cannot be totally guaranteed after they exiting. This thesis is aimed at finding out a solution to solve the problem so that makes sports teachers' exit system not only can meet the macro state standards, but also complies with the regional features of teacher' quit mechanism in Henan province. Thus, this thesis is expected to improve our country's teachers' exit system and improve the present situation of P.E. Teachersand realize the goal of improving the national education level obviously in 2020 as well as the education modernization..This thesis mainly adopts the literature data method, comparative analysis method, interview and logical analysis method to study the exit mechanism of physicaleducation teachers of primary and secondary school in Henan province. The thesis gets some following conclusions. First of all, the general lack of awareness of exit mechanism for primary and secondary school P.E teachers. Secondly, the current physical education teachers' professional standards are not clearly established.Thirdly, it is unreasonable for the implementation of physical teacher's exit mechanism. Fourthly, there is a big defect in P.E. teachers' evaluation system. Fifthly, P.E. teachers' exit management lacks of good security system. Finally, P.E. teachers' exit management lacks of good supervision Drawing lessons from the relatively mature exit mechanism in developed countries like America, Britain and Japan, and the advanced experience of our own country as well as combining the features of physical teachers with regional culture of Henan province, this thesis puts forward some feasible suggestions to the exit mechanism of P.E.teachers in Henan province.Firstly, propaganda physical teacher's exit mechanism positively so thatestablishagood public ideological basis. Secondly, establish professional criterion. Thirdly, improve the recruitment and employment system. Fourthly, set up a strict assessment system. Fifthly, improve security system. Finally, establish the management of supervision system.
