The safeguard and improvement of higher education quality gradually becomes the concernof the society.To improve the quality of higher education has become the principalcontradiction.The improvement of local colleges and universities education quality is closelyrelated with the quality of teachers.However,some unqualified teachers from colleges anduniversities need to repel.But because the teachers exit mechanism performs poorly,and theexport link of teachers is blocked,can not or can not situation is brought about,which hasbecome a bottleneck restricting the development of teachers team construction.The nationalmedium and long-term education reform and development plan outline(2010-2020)puts forwarda plan which aims to improve teachers exit mechanism.As one of the important factors restrictingthe healthy development of local colleges and universities, teachers exit becomes one of the mainaspects of contradiction.It has gained the attention of the local colleges and universities andbecome an important research topic of administrators in colleges and universities and highereducation researchers.The improvement of local colleges and universities teachers exitmechanism is imperative to achieve the rational flow of teachers,enhance the vitality andcompetitiveness of teachers and keep the whole organism metabolism.The study uses literature research,theoretical analysis method and so on.At the sametime,from the cook theory,classical contract theory,it states the significance of perfecting exitmechanism,which provides the theory basis to discuss local colleges and universities teachers’exit mechanism.Based on it, questionnaire investigation and interview are used to investigate andanalyse thrity local colleges and universities.The design of the survey and the concreteimplementation process of the investigation are briefly illustrated,and the current situation oflocal colleges and universities teachers’ exit mechanism has been comprehensively analyzed,suchas exit channel, evaluation, and exit criteria, procedure and security.On the basis of empirical research,the problems existing in the local colleges anduniversities teachers’ exit mechanism were found from all aspects of exit link.And mainly from the teachers themselves,system construction and the relevant supporting measures,the authoranalyzes the reasons of the issues of local colleges and university teachers’ exit mechanism.Theperfecting paths of local colleges and university teachers’ exit mechanism are to achieve therational flow of the local colleges and universities teachers,to improve the level of teachers andthe quality of local colleges and universities education.Based on the analysis of the reasons,fromteachers’ professional idea,system construction and relevant supporting measures,perfectingpaths to promote the improvement of the local colleges and universities teachers’ exit mechanismare accordingly put forward.
