With the continuous development and progress of the society, "time management" by experts and scholars of pedagogy, psychology, management attention, and painstaking research. Self confidence is an individual's positive feelings, in education, genetics, environment, and other variables can stimulate the role of the individual itself to obtain or form the professional ability. The study of learning style is mainly aimed at the individual differences of students, and analyzes the learning styles of students in different gender, grade and major. Professional sports university students as a special group of college students, not only has strong physique, but also have good professional and cultural level, is seen as the most active, are one of the groups most health and fitness exercises special students in professional sports is more representative, they represent the side of college youth, sunshine and vitality. This article through the investigation and understanding of Aerobics specially selected students time management and the status quo of the confidence level and learning style, analysis of different gender, grade and major differences, discussion aerobics specially selected students time management disposition and confidence level, learning style relationship, so that students can better understand their own, and to make better time management, further improve the self learning ability and the level of special technology. This research mainly adopts literature data method, expert interview method, psychological measurement method, comparative analysis and mathematical statistics research methods, selection of the Adolescence Time Management Disposition Scale "," self evaluation scale "," Solomon learning style scale ", the Wuhan Sports Science Academy of randomly selected 200 Aerobics of college students were investigated, using SPSS17.0 statistical software for data analysis, the research results are as follows:(1)The time management disposition, the confidence level and the learning style of the aerobics students are better. Women tend to have an advantage over boys in time management. There was no significant difference between the students in different grades in time efficacy and time monitoring, but there were significant differences in the two aspects of individual orientation and social orientation of the sense of time value. There was no statistical difference in the time management disposition of students in different majors.(2)There was no significant difference in the level of confidence in the selection of Aerobics students. The number of girls with high confidence level was slightly higher than that of boys. In different grades, students' confidence level is slightly different, 14 students with high confidence level number most followed by 12, 13 students at least, the reason may be: experience in the school of different degree of training and learning, attitude towards life and students is different, then confidence level will have differences.(3)In different majors, the training of professional students to the highest level of confidence in the number of people, followed by art form, while the number of students in the body to teach students the highest level of self-confidence. The reason may be: because of family conditions and social environment, the influence of different training methods, students' different learning and life style, leading to different professional students in the level of self-confidence to be different.(4)There were no significant differences in the learning styles of the selected students in the gender, grade and specialty. In different gender, AR type of male students are active, girls are a reflection type of learning style. The reason lies in the female character partial introverted, quiet, treat students and deal with things are good at think before making a decision, and the boys are straightforward and easy to deal with the problem.(5)In different grades, 12 students are a reflection type of learning style, and 13 and 14 students are active learning style. The reason is that high school students have more rich learning experience, no longer simply thinking and treatment of learning, the low grade students treat the attitude of learning is no better change, fickleness and instability of psychological and emotional.(6)In different majors, art students are active learning style, teaching and training of the students are meditation learning style. The reason lies in: art students like collective cooperation, cooperative learning tasks, teaching and sports training students prefer independent thinking and learning. In SI, VV and SG three types of different gender, grade and professional has nothing to do, they are all types of learning style, visual type and sequence type.(7)The time management disposition and the three dimensions of the aerobics students are significantly positively correlated with the level of self-confidence. The level of confidence in sports, love, social interaction and interaction with people talk with several factors and learning style is positively correlated, and academic performance and appearance of the two factors and learning style is negatively correlated. The time management disposition was positively correlated with SI and SG two learning styles, and was negatively correlated with AR and VV two learning styles.(8)The time management disposition and each dimension and the confidence level of each factor are closely related. The personal preference of time management disposition, set the goal, plan, time distribution and time management behavior five factors on students' learning style has a significant impact; aerobics confidence level of academic performance, appearance, social interaction and talk with people in the four factors of students learning style students also have significant influence.
