The development of a country depends on the workers' quality.Therefore,the development of the rural teachers is the base of the country and the education.As the primary implementers of the rural education,the rural teachers have an effect on the development of rural education to some extent.So how to stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers in rural primary schools becomes very important.On the basis of Two-Factor Theory and incentive mechanism for teachers in rural primary schools in reality,the thesis combines motivating factor with motivators-hygienic factor to determine incentive principles and measures for teachers in rural primary schools.The thesis can be divided into four parts.The statement of problem,the significance of the study,the concept definition,the literature review and the research ideas and methods are described in the introduction.The labor characteristics,which the teachers in rural primary schools have,and the present situation of the teachers in rural primary schools,which are the high intensity of labor,low salary,professional evaluation and school environment,are introduced in the second part.According to the motivating factor and motivators-hygienic factor,the data of the incentive present situation for the teachers in rural primary schools is analyzed by SPSS software to find that motivators-hygienic factor and motivating factor are not reacted efficiently and the demand for the teachers in rural primary schools are different depending on the gender,professional title,duty and compilation in the third part.The incentive principles,which are to adhere to the people-oriented,the different needs,the principle of fairness,and goal congruence,and the incentive measures,which are to strengthen the construction of campus culture,enhance teachers' professional identity,increase wages and benefits and take different incentive measures for different teachers in the rural primary schools.In conclusion,based on the Two-Factor Theory,the incentive situations for the teachers in rural primary schools are analyzed by the related data to find that motivators-hygienic factor and motivating factor are not reacted efficiently and the demandfor the teachers in rural primary schools are different depending on the gender,professional title,duty and compilation.
