| Remote rural education is a small part of rural education,it is an indispensable part in the rural education,but it is easy to ignore people,remote rural primary school teachers as an important force in the development of rural education,its flow directly affects the rural school teachers team construction and the improvement of school education teaching quality.At present,the teachers in primary schools in remote rural areas in China have a disorderly flow phenomenon.This paper takes some mobile teachers in remote rural primary schools in L city,and adopts the questionnaire survey method and the interview method to study the mobile problems of teachers in remote rural primary schools.From the perspective of two-factor theory.firstly,this paper summarizes the relevant research results of the flow of rural primary school teachers and the two-factor theory,summarizes the background and value of the current research on the flow of teachers in remote rural primary schools,and introduces the purpose,ideas and methods of this research.Based on the literature analysis,we define the core concepts and theories of this study.Secondly,according to the theoretical analysis framework,the status quo of the flow of primary school teachers in remote rural areas is investigated.From the study,it is found that there are some problems in the flow of teachers in remote rural primary schools,such as the large proportion of the number of students,the prominent one-way flow,the strong willingness of teachers,and the great negative influence of teachers.The health factors of teachers in remote rural primary schools can be basically satisfied,and teachers score the working and living conditions in remote rural primary schools.The incentive effect of primary school teachers in remote rural areas is not obvious,and teachers are most not satisfied with the dimension of personal development.Then,the reasons for the flow of primary school teachers in remote villages are analyzed.In terms of health care factors,the low salary of teachers in remote rural primary schools,the backward school management concept,and the insufficient guarantee of working and living conditions are the direct reasons for the flow of teachers in remote rural primary schools.In terms of incentive factors,the flow of teachers in remote rural primary schools,low sense of achievement are the fundamental causes of limited professional development.Finally,according to the two-factor theory,the paper proposed to promote the rationalization of remote rural primary school teachers.That is to strengthen the health care factors of teachers in remote rural primary schools from three aspects:improving teachers’ income level,changing the traditional school management concept,and improving school working and living conditions.Improve the incentive factors of teachers in remote rural primary schools from three aspects of reducing teachers ’work pressure,enhancing teachers’ sense of achievement and promoting teachers’ professional development. |
