Teachers are the first resource to promote the development of education.At present,the country pays great attention to the stability of rural teachers and introduces a number of policies to retain rural teachers,but the situation of teacher loss in rural junior middle schools is still serious.Cities and developed areas attract a large number of excellent teachers due to good living environment,high salary,learning opportunities and other factors,leading to the frequent loss of teachers in rural junior middle schools,which has a negative impact on rural junior middle school education.From the perspective of two-factor theory,this paper conducts an in-depth investigation on the problem of teacher turnover in rural junior middle schools by questionnaire survey and interview.From the data analysis results,it is found that the problems existing in the loss of rural junior middle school teachers mainly involve teacher status,salary,rural life,school management,teaching conditions,teacher training,job recognition,sense of achievement,promotion space and work tasks.Based on these problems and under the guidance of the two-factor theory,this paper further explores the reasons and puts forward targeted countermeasures based on the interviews.In order to solve the problem of the loss of rural middle school teachers as soon as possible,to build a stable,high-level teacher team,and improve the quality of rural middle school education. |
