New curriculum reform under the background of “the Internet plus education”,which set up new concepts,and the new patterns has not only brought about great changes in senior school classroom teaching but also opportunities and challenges for senior school classroom management,which is not just about how teachers were in charge of the students but how many forces interact to unite,organize and educate the students.The head teacher,subject teachers,class committee and study group play a critical part in class management,whose importance is like several oars of a boat.Only by exerting separate forces,cooperating with each other can each department fully exert high efficiency,serve the class maximally,provide comfortable environment for the students' development,and lay solid foundation for the students' lifelong education.Meanwhile,classroom teaching and management under the background of “the Internet plus” make teachers work with effortless artistry and make the students attain the information freely and be highly self-disciplined.However,how do we coordinate the relationship between these four? On this subject,by doing a lot of document research,practice,investigation and combining the author's own experience as head teacher for many years and excellent experience of other aspects,the author set up a brand new classroom management pattern — quaternity based on such four factors as head teacher,subject teachers,class committee and study group hoping to provide a new pattern for classroom management,set up new directions and become a brand new subject about strengthening classroom construction.To this subject,the author did some research into current classroom construction,analyze problems and causes specifically by such methods as document research,on-the-spot investigation and teaching practice and has finally come up with the idea that it is necessary and feasible to set up quarternity classroom management in senior school based on head teacher,subject teachers,class committee and study group under the background of “the Internet plus”.To the construction of new classroom management pattern,the author will state instruction thoughts and basic principle and interpret deeply the related concept of this new pattern,construction and operational mechanism.To practical teaching of the current new course,the author will talk about tasks and strategies of each step in senior school classroom management briefly.In conclusion,the author hoped that this new classroom management pattern is consistent with the concept of the new course and close to teaching practice under the background of new curriculum reform and that this essay will guide our classroom construction and be of significant importance to current situation under the background of the Internet plus education.
