The humanism originated from ancient Greece.In the 20th century,the humanism started involved itself into psychology and pedagogy,and deeply af fected them,forming the humanistic education thought represented by Ma-slow and Rodgers,which stressed that education must be person-oriented and cultivate all-around students with potentiality,personality and characteristics.For nearly half a century,western humanistic education practice has proved that the Humanism effectively promote the development of modern education.Today in our country,because the exam-oriented education and standard education have lead the elementary and middle schools education for a long time,so the humanistic education idea is a very important reference for our head teacher's work and effectively promote the development of basic education.Taking the junior high school head teacher's class management as my research object,and on the basis of the materials and data which I had collected from my head teacher practice in recent years,this thesis mainly discusses how the humanistic education guide the head teacher's class management.In my opinion,we should change the traditional pattern of teacher management and advocates the education idea of taking students as the center,calling for social,family and school to create a better atmosphere for the development of students.It is necessary for us to advocate all-round and all-process education idea,to promote students' knowledge,ability and personality,to realize win-win situation education process and result of education,to view the students' self evaluation correctly and reasonably,to pay attention to the potential,individuality,creativity and adaptability of our students,to stimulate students' initiative,enthusiasm and creativity.At present,Chinese basic education is under the reform and transition.Thus,it is a further theoretical topic and also a realistic proposition to be resolved how to better apply the humanistic education idea to the junior high school head teacher's class management.
