Elegant campus is not only the hall of learning knowledge,but also the main venues for teachers to live and work.School quality reflects the growth results in the students,also reflected in the teachers' sense of belonging to the school,the teachers' sense of belonging is a kind of special emotion of teachers of the school,the special feeling to let the teachers have masters of the school in the development of consciousness,without knowing in your life with the development of the school together,sees himself as the school collective "family members" work actively,seriously into the school's teaching career to go.So,the school building can not ignore the establishment of teachers' sense of belonging,teachers directly affect the teaching quality of young teachers just to get jobs,into a strange environment,for the school belonging to a step by step training,school management is to constrain the behavior of the teachers,but also to let the teachers into the school.From the heart to treat the students and schools,so as to actively maintain the school,every tree and bush in all aspects,to participate in the school's family,for their own work environment and pride,cherish their time in school,do a good job.Through consulting the relevant literature,the author analyzes the problem of the sense of belonging of young teachers,the private higher vocational colleges as the scope of the interview,questionnaire and other research activities.According to the project classification and factor analysis,the present situation of the young teachers' sense of belonging in the private higher vocational colleges has a preliminary understanding,which ensures the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.In this study,Hunan City,Hunan science and technology information Career Academy Career Academy,Changsha Nanfang Professional College three vocational colleges young teachers' sense of belonging to the state issued the research questionnaire,and get a sense of belonging to the young teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges results in the questionnaire completed by the questionnaire,statistics and analysis(by Excel and the SPSS17.0 statistical software package),analysis of the impact factors of young teachers' sense of belonging in private higher vocational colleges,results from the analysis of various factors of the reliability.According to the survey results,the following points can be obtained:Private vocational colleges young teachers belonging to feel the effects of the three factors of identity,emotion and spirit;teachers in private higher vocational colleges young teachers to participate in the self,the result of the questionnaire has high reliability and validity,is the main research object of this study;from the overall data,private vocational colleges young teachers' sense of belonging level high,but does not belong to the lowest level;a sense of belonging in the youth teachers gender no significant difference;but the influence of difference in marriage for young teachers was significantly higher,married teachers' sense of belonging,unmarried teachers' sense of belonging is low;the title of the teachers also significantly affects the sense of belonging to the strength of lower rank teachers the school belonging is not strong,it is also influenced by factors such as the spirit of belonging,lecturer belonging than associate professors and assistant degree difference;Significant,education and a sense of belonging degree is positively related to the sense of belonging;while other dimensions were not significant;the school of social and policy environment and individual teachers and teachers' sense of belonging have significant positive correlation;attribution of school environment for the young teachers' sense of the impact,the second is the social environment,policy the environment is the environment factors affecting the minimum,here not only includes the influence of young teachers.The results of a thorough analysis,the author according to the influencing factors of young teachers' sense of belonging and puts forward some improvement measures,hope to be able to start from individuals,schools,society and policy direction,to provide a theoretical basis for improving young teachers' sense of belonging in private higher vocational colleges.
