Higher vocational education belongs to higher education,but it is quite different from other education.The education system of our country,the main task of higher occupation education is to cultivate practical talents for the society.This feature determines the higher vocational colleges teachers and other school teachers there are obvious differences:on the one hand,they must have a certain theoretical knowledge;on the other hand,they also mastered the practice of operating skills.In addition,communication ability,teaching ability,expression ability,language ability and so on many aspects,but also to the higher vocational colleges teacher put forward quite strict requirements.Higher vocational teachers only constantly update their knowledge structure and teaching ideas,and constantly improve their ability,in order to allow students to believe in social recognition.The language ability is the basic ability of teachers,vocational teachers,whether they want to be in the cause of achievement,or learning new knowledge,can not be separated from writing.It can be said that a solid writing skills is the basis for higher vocational teachers to carry out teaching work.Only a deep knowledge accomplishment and have higher vocational teachers practical ability,to cultivate qualified talents for the society Everfount.In carrying out teaching work,the higher vocational colleges teachers should keep pace with the times,constantly update their knowledge structure,improve the ability of all aspects,and improve their career planning.Vocational teachers should have the ability to operate in practice,communication and cooperation,education and teaching and other aspects,and writing ability is the basis of all abilities.If the higher vocational teachers' writing ability is insufficient,it will meet all kinds of difficulties in the teaching practice,which will lead to the work can't be carried out normally.Therefore,it is worth to study and analyze how to improve the writing ability of higher vocational teachers to meet the needs of teaching practice.On the basis of consolidation in the domestic and foreign literature,this paper analyzes the writing predicament of domestic higher vocational teacher faces,and in the A city of 299 vocational teachers as the research object,by questionnaire,a comprehensive understanding of the current situation of higher vocational teacher writing level,and pointed out the deficiencies of our higher vocational teachers exist in writing.And the cause of the problem,mainly from the aspects of the teacher's own teaching practice,the external environment,and so on,points out that higher vocational teacher didn't pay attention to writing,too much work pressure no time to practice writing,think of writing ability and their occupation career has little relation to other factors,and then draws the conclusion,is the existence ofthese problems,because the school is the degree of attention not enough,evaluation mechanism,according to the existing problems,and puts forward the solution,namely from the teacher with their own Change,teacher for writing ideas,improve the importance of school leadership,school evaluation mechanism,perfect to create a good campus culture environment,through the method of enhancing higher vocational teacher pay more attention to the writing,to improve the writing level of higher vocational teachers,the majority of higher vocational teachers to keep pace with the times,continue to grow.
