In recent years, higher vocational education has been rapidly developed in China, which receives excellent results in increasing school size and improving enrollment quantity. However,with the rapid expansion of higher vocational education in size, the corresponding quality of teaching gradually attracts public attention, it will be a new challenge to higher vocational college teachers. As the main parts in higher vocational college teachers, the young teachers of higher vocational colleges play an important role in teaching. In order to improve the teaching quality and the teaching level in higher vocational college, the development of teaching ability of young teachers in higher vocational colleges should not be ignored.Taking the young teachers as research objects who are from Changchun Vocational Institute Of Technology, Songyuan Vocational Technical College, Jilin Agricultural Science and Technology University, Jilin Railway Technology College, Siping Vocational College, the study investigates the imparting ability in teaching, professional practice ability, the policy of evaluation on teaching and training in school, participating in enterprise training, teachers demands.Many problems are discovered in youth teachers’ teaching ability of higher vocational colleges in Jilin Province, for example, poorly understood about the curriculum standard, poorly quality to lead the students to attend skills contest.Based on these, the further analyses on the factors of young teachers higher vocational colleges in Jilin Province are represented, founding that many factors such as young teachers title, age, teaching age, whether enterprises work experience, the training situation of the school, young teachers to participate in corporate training have a certain extent effects on young teachers teaching of higher vocational colleges in Jilin Province. In addition, to propose a solution for the factors affecting young people of higher vocational college teachers’ teaching abilities in Jilin Province: young teachers in-depth business,to participate in corporate training, young teachers should strengthen self-improvement, learn to study for life, improving knowledge structure. The college must strengthen the cooperation between colleges and enterprises establishing a comprehensive school training system, while setting up the development institutions for teachers, to improve teachers’ teaching ability in higher vocational colleges.
