This article will study pre-school children Mongolian and Chinese bilingual education in MonggolZhen area from the perspective of service design, and propose an optimized method to solve this problem. In the background of national integration, there exists national language crisis in MonggolZhen regions. In addition to the impact of social language environment, the bilingual educational process of Mongolian children has many problems as well. For this social background, the author introduces service design concepts and methods into the practice of child bilingual education. Meanwhile, the author also combines with multi-disciplinary children's language development and bilingual education theories such as linguistics, pedagogy, and psychology, and designs each link of educational service of Mongolian and Chinese bilingual education. It is helpful to establish an efficient service system about pre-school children of Mongolian and Chinese bilingual education and generate the corresponding design practice.This paper is divided into five parts. Firstly, the author collects theoretical research and the development of social and cultural background which are related to Mongolian and Chinese bilingual education of pre-school children, and clearly decides the research purpose and method. Next, by reading children's cognitive development theory, the Montessori method of education, children's bilingualism and bilingual contact theory, the author will sort out the rules of children's language development and the strategy of language acquisition, especially the relationship between bilingual children's mother tongue and second language and factors of second language acquisition. Then, by desktop research and field research, the author understands the characteristics of education services and explores the feasibility of service design which involves in the educational services. In addition, the author also collects application cases of service design in pre-school children educational services system, especially the case of children language education service system and analyzes and summarizes these cases, which gets interventional methods and strategies in the children's language education services. Next, the author begins to have a one-month field survey in MonggolZhen kindergarten, knowing about natural circumstances of MonggolZhen kindergarten, bilingual teaching status and Mongolian language features, communicating with teachers and students to analyze and find the point of contact services that can be intervened by the process of children class learning. At last, according to the preliminary data collection and user research to establish pre-school education for children of Mongolian and Chinese bilingual service system, and output service carrier and support service activity policy.In this study, the author introduces a large number of cases, including some analog studies of bilingual education service ways with other minorities, such as pre-school children bilingual education of Minority and Han, children bilingual education of Chinese and English, and children' English education of India. What's more, the author still understands design method of children education service from other areas like children's programming design education and art cultivation to serve bilingual education service system design of Mongolia and Han pre-school children in Mongolian areas.
