As the future development of education will move towards internationalization, international exchange between schools will be more frequent, people realize the importance of a common language, and bilingual teaching is just the right path to go. The first English experimental classes in our school were founded in 2007. Since then, the school is striving to promote the English teaching. Based on such conditions, I have proposed" The Research and Study on Designing Bilingual Teaching in Life and Art classes of Primary School", to carry on and explore the designing and practice in bilingual teaching in the two subjects.Bilingual teaching is still in the stage of exploratory and development, it must be continued to research and improve on its teaching aims and evaluations. The Research and Study on Designing Bilingual Teaching in Life and Art classes of Primary School provides more teaching materials for teachers and students, improves the expressing ability, enhance the international consciousness.Therefore, this article is focusing on objects and practice of bilingual teaching vias the methods of literature review and individual action research in the bilingual life and art classes.The article consists of five parts:Part I: Introduction. It demonstrates the issue and value of the research.Part II: A Literature Review. This is the theoretical and practical foundation of this dissertation. It defines a number of basic concepts and concludes status of implementation of bilingual education at home and abroad with a summary.Part III: Research plans. It promotes the purpose of bilingual teaching in primary schools and how to implement bilingual teaching.Part IV: Status of implementation of bilingual teaching. It analyzes some specific bilingual teaching cases, studies in strategies and methods, as well as evaluates the teaching effectsPart V: Conclusion and suggestion.
