Education is the foundation of the country for spring up. Entering the modern society, countless college teachers made great countribution to the reform and progress of high education. However, several reasons lead to a few of college teachers missing the most precious virtue, which were comprehensive reforming period of all causes, invading of western ideology and personal reasons of high college teachers themselves. On the basic of the previous researches, the article wanted to achieve the following targets: promoting college teachers reflection of virtue and transformating the external standards into internal and stable virtue.Combined the Alasdair Maclntyre's theory of virtue, the traditional ideology of virtue and the ideologe of FengQi in China, the article concluded the concept of the virtue and thought that the college teachers should own erudite knowledge, noble sentiment, charity heart, educational practice, firm ideal and effective accomplishment. On the basis of reality and united multiple cases, the article finally got the matter of missing virtue and displayed the following four aspects. On political views, a few of college teachers lacked of political love to our countrymother. On educational practice, a few of college teachers didn't know how to teaching. On treating students, a few of college teachers didn't concern them. On themselves, a few of college teachers had shortage of spirit. Last but not least, the article reached the conclusions of important reasons of missing virtue, which were that money workship made college teachers unreasonable, rationality made college teachers lack of right value, herd mind made them didn't know what they were doing and various ways of getting news challenged traditional college teachers' authority. The article strengthened the college teachers' virtue from two aspects. For college teachers themselves, they should emphasize educational practice, take college teachers' private life as a whole and clear their society role. For the outer side, uniterruptible educational practice, rebuilding new society and changing bad atmosphere were all-around measures.
