Develop vigorously the hope of nation in education, develop vigorously educationalhope in teacher;Develop the key of teacher in teacher virtue. Teacher professional ethics isthe foundation that teacher professional social value has embodied, and concerns the overallsituation of the development of educational undertakings of our country. Along with thedevelopment of teacher education and the influence that gets current educational mechanismand educational operating mode, the professional growth of teacher gets attention increasingly,but the morals of teacher growth has not gotten deserved solicitude and support, teacherprofessional promotion has arisen the trend that melts unilaterally. Teacher virtue's problem-behavior isn't ceased, although prohibited repeatedly;the phenomenon that teacher virtuegoes down has become one of focuses that the whole society pays attention to. Low efficacyof the teacher virtue education is one of the major reasons that teacher virtue problemsarises .The solution to the teacher virtue's problems will rely on effective teacher virtueeducation. How to strengthen and improve teacher virtue education, raise its effect andspecific is a long-term, systematic and challenging aim, and it needs educational workers totake pains unremittingly. This paper is thought about mainly for main part from 4 aspects: The first part, startingwith fact, analyzes present situation of teacher's virtue, and generalizes the existent majorproblems in teacher virtue's education. Low efficiency of the teacher's virtue education is oneof the major reasons that cause teacher's virtue problems to emerge endlessly. Explain that itis necessary and urgent to reinforce and improve teacher virtue's education. The second part,from the angle of theoretical analysis, puts forward the reason of low efficiency of teacher'svirtue education. It analyzes mainly specifically from the 4 aspects, such as socialenvironment, teacher virtue education self, external management of the educationaladministrative department and school and teacher self. This is one of focal points of this paper.The third part first puts forward the basic principle that the virtue education should follows, inorder to guide the following countermeasure. The forth part is based on the analysis of causeand the elaboration principle, and introduces the countermeasure in order to raise the teacher'svirtue educational effect, including changing leading idea, following the accepting law ofteacher virtue education and the teacher's growing-up law, building the standard of theteacher's virtue education, extending the excavation of the teacher's virtue education andstrengthening the management for it. This is also the second focal point of this research.
