Moral education is the fundamental task of school education.School should actively explore teaching methods in the new era.According to the fact that there are more left behind children in F junior middle school in Guangdong mountainous area,we should improve the way of education.From February 2019,two students in each class were selected to carry out the growth tutorial system experiment,which has gone through two stages of experiment and promotion.This study uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and educational action research.In the first stage,from February 2019 to January 2020,the study found that: 94.6% of the students in F school are satisfied with their tutors,92.8% of the students feel that the tutor's guidance is helpful to them,they generally like the tutor to talk with them and pay attention to their growth,but there are still some problems,such as: not enough conversations between tutors and students,the lack of training and guidance for the tutor,unreasonable assessment and reward for tutors and lack of company from parents.The second stage of tutorial system in F school is from February2020 to January 2021.The main change of this stage is to add one student whose educational performance is in the middle of the class,from two to three.At this time,due to the influence of COVID-19,tutors have more needs to guide students in terms of safety and psychology.Mr.Y conducts educational action research with L student in two periods.Using Nonviolent Communication Theory and Reinforcement theory for reference,the researchers try to solve the problem of L student's lateness by means of personal supervision,peer help and parents' cooperation.In the second stage,the problems of tutorial system are that the work arrangement of tutorial system is not detailed enough and there is no fundamental reform of tutorial system.From the two stages of implementation,the problems of tutorial system are as following:First,the selection of counselling objects are not oriented to all students.Second,the activity organization is lack of systematic arrangement.Third,the supervision and evaluation of tutorial system is not perfect.Fourth,the practical wisdom of tutorial education is lack.The last,the teaching efficiency is low.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: First,the concept of all staff education should be put into practice all the time in the school.Besides,tutor activities should be arranged systematically.Moreover,various systems should be improved.And the tutor education ability should be also improved.The last,the training of tutor teaching efficiency should be strengthened.In the process of transplanting tutorial system into school education management,principals need to provide guarantee mechanism and support mechanism to ensure the continuous implementation of tutorial system.In the case of increasing workload,tutors need to improve the sense of responsibility of themself moral education and work efficiency to realize the effective implementation of tutorial system.
