With the increasing pace of internationalization and opening up of education in China,the demand for foreign teachers at all levels is increasing day by day.Many foreign friends have also set China as the preferred country to work for career development.Due to the increasing number of foreign teachers,the cross-cultural and other problems generated by cross-cultural management is becoming more and more.Cross-cultural management is the top priority of teachers’ management.Baoding Cambridge Education Group set international development as a strategic goal,pay attention to the internationalization of foreign teachers play a leading figure a systematic and useful attempt to give special attention and research,in the cross-cultural management of foreign teachers no doubt important The theory of value and practical reference significance.With the development of social economy,education is also flourishing,the state gives good policies,a large number of foreign experts,teachers work in China,but the main focus of foreign teacher management issues in the Foreign Affairs Office is certainly insufficient to meet the management needs.Therefore,cross-cultural management of foreign teachers is also the scope of human resources management,and foreign teachers cross-cultural communication,cross-cultural management in the country is not a particularly research,this area is entering the field of research,but our country has just 30 years foreigners employment history,The annual employment regulations are also updated,the State administration of Foreign Affairs from 2015 to 2017 on the employment has been changed more than three times,management can not keep up to the changes,so the study has not conduted yet in-depth.Although there are many books and information on cross-cultural management domestic and abroad,there are few studies on the cross-cultural management of foreign teachers,and there is no reference and no research information and research results.This paper uses the literature method,comparative method and case study mode to take the road and mode of international development of Cambridge Education Group as the background,and makes an in-depth discussion on the group’s foreign teachers’ cross-cultural management exploration and practice.Based on the basic concept and theory of foreign teachers,which are defined and sorted out scientifically,this paper gives a systematic introduction to the status of the group of foreign teachers and the practice of cross-cultural management on the basis of briefing and grasping the general situation of Baoding Cambridge Education Group.The characteristics,and corresponding contents of humanization,specialization,refinement and flexibility of cross-cultural management practice of foreign teachers in the group of foreign teachers pointed out the insurance protection,children’s education,spouse employment,Personal feelings and professional development issues,put forward the "seven-minute life circle" based on the problem response initiatives.
