In recent years, with the developing of economy, culture and diplomacy in China, the development of Chinese language education is promoted as well to a certain extent, especially in south-east Asia. The writer has taught as a native Chinese teacher in Indonesia for one year. With the experience, the writer thinks that from 1988 when the government broke the forbiddance of the Chinese language education to now, the Chinese language education in Indonesia has regained the new life. At the same time, the government policy, the arrangement of the course, the special skills in the class and the training of teachers also have got fresh blood. All these changes and innovations make the language education in Indonesia become better and better. Millions of people study Chinese. That is a great development. However, the problems at the back of the hot trend also attracted the attention of the writer, particularly the behavior of students in the class. There haven't been good atmosphere of learning Chinese as the second or the third language in Indonesia. There are so many difficulties for the students to overcome, especially for the primary students. Without good rules to arrange the class, the teaching will be difficult. So the writer will start from the point of class arrangement, because in the idea of the writer, the good class management shall serve teachers and students. The good class arrangement can backup the teaching and study. This article will launch the research from following several aspects. The first aspect is the introduction of the full text. It will describe the reasons for choosing the topic, the purpose of this topic and the meaning of the topic. The second aspect is the concept of the writer's topic and literature review. The third aspect is the theoretical model and scientific basis which the writer's view of class rules depend on. The forth aspect is the actual case from Pahoa school. The fifth aspect is the conclusion of this article.
