College Student Cadres not only are the outstanding representatives of the student group, but also they form a special part of student administration. College student cadre play a very unique role in student affairs administration, is also a major force of maintaining stability, innovative reformation and innovation, and promotion of developmental process.The research of the obtained achievement and the potential problems in the current program of student cadre construction has both theoretical and practical value that can improve the level of quality of student cadre, while also improving student administration effectively and promoting development of higher education.
