Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Construction Of Student Cadres In Private Vocational Colleges

Private vocational college student cadre is the bridge and link between the school and the students,is an important force and right-hand man that the student management team relies on.Student cadres are outstanding members of the college students group.They are active in student union organizations,party and league organizations,class organizations,and community organizations at all levels.They are the organizers,coordinators and executors of college education,management,service and other work among students and play an irreplaceable role in college student work.Therefore,it is of great significance to study how to strengthen the construction of student cadre team in private higher vocational colleges in order to build a good learning style,promote the development of private higher vocational education and train qualified talents for the country.With the development of private higher vocational colleges,the number of students in private higher vocational colleges is increasing,and the number of student cadres is also increasing.However,the starting point of the student group in private higher vocational colleges is low,the quality of students is not high,the academic foundation is poor,the self-discipline is poor,and the personality difference is large,which increases the difficulty of students' work.At present,the research on the construction of student cadre team in private higher vocational colleges lags behind,the theoretical foundation is weak,and the theoretical achievements are few.Therefore,the theoretical exploration of strengthening the construction of student cadre team in private higher vocational colleges is very urgent and has practical guiding significance.This article mainly adopts the literature analysis,comparative research,questionnaire and interview method,three run by the local higher vocational colleges in shijiazhuang as the research object,selecting 150 students cadres,the questionnaire survey to 150 ordinary students,teachers and student cadres were selected 10 interview,construction situation of three schools student cadres in-depth investigation and research.Through analyzing and problems on the construction of student cadre group,the overall quality of student cadre investigation and problem analysis,investigation of student cadre selection mode and problem analysis,investigating the situation of student cadre examination and supervision,student cadre incentive situation of investigation and problem analysis,understand and grasp the private higher vocational college student cadre team construction situation and existing problems.In view of the problems,this paper makes an in-depth analysis and summarizes the causes of the problems.The reasons are that the school attaches insufficient importance to and supports the construction of student cadre team,the strength of management and guidance teachers is weak,the quality of student cadres is limited,and the construction system of student cadre team is not perfect.In view of the problems and causes,the paper finally puts forward Suggestions and countermeasures to strengthen the construction of student cadre team.From the perspective of teachers,strengthen the management of student cadres and guide teachers;From the perspective of student cadres themselves,we should enhance the quality of student cadres.From the perspective of student cadre organization construction,we should establish a scientific and reasonable organization structure.From the perspective of system construction,it is necessary to improve the system of student cadre team construction,such as selection,training,assessment,supervision and incentive.Hope that through research to bear on the private higher vocational colleges to fully recognize the importance of student cadre work for students and the particularity,encourage private vocational colleges generally takes the student cadre troop construction,to improve the connotative development of private student cadre team construction in higher vocational colleges,to improve the overall private higher vocational college student cadre quality and ability,build a contingent of high-caliber students cadres.
