Driven by the national evaluation reform,the needs of social regional development and the improvement of the training quality of master of education graduates,with the expansion of the enrollment of master of education graduates,the training of master of education graduates in China has also entered a rapid development stage.The development of society has brought a large demand for high-level applied teachers.However,at present,the training quality of master of education in China does not match the demand of the market.Based on this,this study establishes a set of academic evaluation index system of master of education professional degree graduate students by comprehensively applying various methods in the concept and theoretical framework of academic evaluation index of master of Education professional degree graduate students,Finally,a self-evaluation questionnaire is made according to the three-level index items,which is measured in a small range among postgraduates of master of education,so as to test whether the index is reasonable and scientific,so as to provide reference for talent training and education management of Postgraduates of master of education.This study adopts the methods of literature analysis,Delphi expert correspondence,analytic hierarchy process and questionnaire survey.Through two rounds of expert correspondence,and based on the analysis of the training standards and academic evaluation connotation of postgraduates with master of education,the study established an academic evaluation index system for postgraduates with master of education,including 4 first-class indicators of "professional knowledge","professional ability","professional consciousness" and "professional ethics",11 second-class indicators and 44 third-class indicators,The weight of indicators at all levels is set,and the enthusiasm of experts is high and the authority coefficient is good.And the actual test shows that the index system has good validity,reliability and discrimination,is practical and scientific,and can reflect the academic level of postgraduates majoring in master of education to a certain extent.The purpose of this study is to put forward the path of enriching the cultivation and evaluation of postgraduates with master’s degree in education,which is mainly divided into three aspects: first,establish a unified evaluation standard for the academic evaluation of postgraduates with master’s degree in education;Second,expand the influence of academic evaluation indicators of postgraduates with master of education;The third is to establish a vertical comparison of evaluation to ensure the steady improvement of the training quality of postgraduates with master of education.If Postgraduates of master of education can form their own evaluation index system in the future,it will have important reference value for promoting the educational reform of Postgraduates of master of education.
