The problem of rural education has been one of the important content of our government always pay attention to the problem,and the management system is not complete,lack of teachers and poor infrastructure is always an important problem of our government in rural education popularization.At the same time,the problem of school management has become another bottleneck hindering the development of rural education in our country.With this phenomenon,more and more scholars turn to the management system of rural education.As an important part of school management,the middle leadership plays an important role in the whole management of the school.It is an important participant and executor of the strategic decision of the school.This means that in order to improve the scientific and practical management of the school,one of the important measures is to promote the implementation of the middle school leadership.Therefore,the main purpose of this paper is to rural education as the research background.Through the study of middle-level leadership execution factors,promote the execution effect,to promote the effectiveness of its action as important implementation of the school work.Through the summary and analysis of the previous academic research results,this paper examines the elements of the executive power of middle level leaders in rural middle schools,and puts forward the path of improving the executive ability of middle level leaders in rural middle schools.By collecting data from 239 middle school middle school leaders,it is proved that the executive ability of middle school leadership is composed of comprehension ability,decision-making ability,control ability,organization and coordination ability and innovation ability.The results of correlation analysis showed that learning ability,decision-making ability,control ability,organization and coordination ability and innovation ability has certain correlation.This shows that we can improve the executive ability of middle school leadership in rural middle schools through the training of learning ability,decision-making ability,control ability,organization and coordination ability and innovation ability.From the content point of view,this study first proposed the research background and significance,and related to the research content of domestic and foreign research present situation analysis and evaluation.Secondly,it defines the concept of executive ability of middle school middle school leadership,and analyzes the relationship between the elements and the elements of the executive ability of middle school leadership in rural middle schools.Once more,on the basis of the above research and construction of the elements of the measurement model,and according to the measurement model of the questionnaire design,release and recovery.Then,the data of the questionnaire are summarized,and the research hypothesis is analyzed,verified and discussed.Finally,through the above test results and analysis,this paper puts forward the ways of improving the executive ability of middle school middle school leadership and the limitations of this study and the future prospects of this study.
