Nowadays, we are experiencing a time changing from exam-oriented education to quality education, and it is a necessary trend to be equal and excellent for the development of middle school. Facing a variety of competitions and challenges, it is more and more difficult for school administrators to manage a school, many schools feel stressful, which bring up a series of serious issues. So, how can we manage a school well? How can we realize our goal "to be equal and excellent"? There is no doubt that improving the executive ability of schools is an important means to solve this problem. Therefore, entirely analyzing the situation of executive ability in middle school management and searching out a set of solutions which is effective and systematic, to enhance schools’executive ability, is greatly meaningful both for theories and practice.The paper firstly expatiates the source, the purpose and significance of the research, the key definition of the concepts, summarize the source materials, research condition, research methods, etc. Then states the executive ability of current middle school with multi-level and multi angels, to summarize the basic situation of the questionnaire survey as the following seven problems-bad attitude, different demands, ineffective work, wrong key points, fail to gain satisfaction, lack of executive ability. Then, the paper analysis the reasons why middle schools are lack of executive ability, and summarizes them as six "lack of"-lack of correct view, lack of clear destination, lack of strength, lack of balance between rigid management and flexible management, lack of united standard and lack of rewards and punishments.Based on the questions and the reasons of current middle school execution, the paper finally discusses the following six aspects:the executive organization, executive main body, executive culture, executive direction, perform security, executive mechanism, and puts forward the effective system strategy to promote the executive ability of middle school:to design an organized framework of executive ability, to strengthen personal quality of executive main body, to mold the soul of execution that is culture of execution, to establish an effective working plan in order to make clear executive direction, to complete management system in order to ensure the execution in middle school, to establish and complete the supervision and evaluation mechanism in middle school.
