Community Work Methods In Rural Left-behind People Service

The rural left-behind people is a unique phenomenon in the process of urbanization in China.And with the development of society,the rural left-behind population increase year by year.For the group,not only the lack of family structure,it also increases the pressure on production,life and psychology.The crisis of children's growth and parent-child relationship,hidden dangers of women's health and safety,the loss of old people's old-age security,the stagnation of rural economic development and so on,are the problems caused by strong labors migration.Left-behind,not only make their own development and social security encountered bottleneck,at the same time,the development of the local rural economy is restricted.Through the existing literature can be found,research on the left-behind people,mostly based on a single group of children,women or the elderly as a research object,there are few studies on community work methods specifically for rural left-behind people.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature analysis,participation in observation and unstructured interviews.First of all,this paper explains the relevant application of rural left-behind people social work intervention in rural staff,the related use of community work methods and relevant research results abroad.Based on the methods of existing community work,this paper analyzes the practical models and work skills of H project service.And the work of the various stages of the project content and characteristics of a specific summary and analysis,in order to analyze the project services in the community work methods.Through the research found that in the nearly one year of service,the service results are numerous and influential.Mainly in the service object,community,society,staff and community work methods five levels of the formation of important results and impact.At the same time,there are problems such as large turnover rate of community workers,disruption of staff role play,lack of concrete work plan,inadequate service and lack of professional services.Therefore,should strengthen the construction and management of community workers and volunteers,improve service professional.The project is based on villagers and community needs to make work plans.In the service process,pay attention to community support network construction,and extensive mobilization of social forces to participate in the service,for the project link to a wealth of service resources.Through the specific practice of the project,it is proved that community working methods play an important role and significance in solving the rural left-behind problem.It can effectively and broadly solve the community problems,development rural economy,and improve villagers' quality of life.Finally,I hope that the working methods and service forms of the project can provide some reference for other community work practice,and also hope community workers and academic researchers can explore more local characteristics of community working methods.
