The Mode Research Of Professional Social Work Service For Rural Left-Behind Children

Rural left-behind children is the social vulnerable groups,its huge size and its various problems facing it in the next period of time will continue to become the object of social concern and help.According to a study on the development of left-behind children's professional social work of Anhui Province,the social work organizations in Anhui Province to carry out rural left-behind children are mostly established in the past two to three years.It is very meaningful to be able to construct a set of rural left-behind children's professional social work service model to meet the needs of rural left-behind children.Anhui Province B village to carry out the provincial civil affairs department funded the "love warm mountain" project,uphold the professional social work value concept,the use of professional social work methods for the left-behind children in B village rural left-behind children care service center,and try to establish a reliable,stable service professional team,to explore the professional social work service model to serve the rural left-behind children in the Dabie Mountains.In this paper,starting from the above projects,in theory,the use of the advantages of perspective,person-in-environment theory,Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory.Based on the basic concept of social work,combined with the concept of construction and empowerment and other ideas,to B village pilot project as an example,the use of field research,interviews,case analysis and other methods,the project background,service object,such as description of the analysis,from four aspects of the description of the needs of service objects;relying on case,group,community,social administration and other methods of use,describes the specific content of the project;this paper analyzes the service mode of the project from the aspects of service value,service mechanism and service characteristics.Then,it summarizes the service effect of the project,discusses the advantages of the service model,and finally analyzes the service model and the service model of other similar areas of reference for the reflection.
