A Study On The Establishment Of Rural Left-behind Children Archives

Since China's reform and opening up,a large number of rural labor force have moved to work in cities.Affected by the household registration system and the dual economic system in urban and rural areas,the migrant workers have to leave their children in their hometown.The education and living conditions of the left behind children in rural areas have attracted the attention of the whole society.The left behind children need the joint efforts of the whole society to help them grow up healthily.During the concerted efforts of the family,school and society,the lack of information about children's growth and the asymmetry of information,has resulted in improper education and management in the left behind children to a great extent.The author believes that from the reality and historical significance of information,the idea that the archives departments,with professional management functions and skills,establish archives and an effective information platform for rural left behind children is a very effective strategy,which can not only provides effective information support for solving the problem of rural left behind children,but also retains a social memory for the society.Based on field research,this paper,taking Yanwo Town,Honghu City as a example,analyzes the achievements,actual situation and main problems in establishing the archives for rural left behind children.This paper puts forward the path of establishing archives for rural left behind children under the guidance of the government policy,and expounds the filing consciousness,service platform,resource construction and team building.The content of this paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which describes the origin,background and possible innovation of this paper.The second part expounds the definition,composition,characteristics and significance of establishing archives for rural left behind children.The third part analyzes the case,which is one of the key points of this paper.The fourth part demonstrates the way to establish archives for rural left behind children,which is the other key point of this article.The fifth part is the summary and prospect of the research.
