With the deepening of new curriculum reform,the ideological and political discipline key competencieshas becomeone of the hottest discussingtopicsbyideological and political teachersin the present high school,how to carry out effective educational work around the ideological and political discipline key competencies,has strong research value.According to its cultivation status in high school,there are some weak linksgenerally,need to improve the deficiencies in the process of cultivatingthrough scientific and reasonable cultivating measures,thus improving the cultivating effects of the ideological and political discipline key competencies.So,the paper refines the specific quantitative indicators of the ideological and political discipline key competencies further based on the domestic and foreign research status and relevant documents' instruction,which is the innovation point of the paper,and the author tries to propose effective strategies for cultivating the ideological and political discipline key competencies of high school students.The paper mainly consists of the following five parts.The first part is introduction,which is mainly describing the research background,research purpose and significance of this article,and explaining the specific research ideas and methods on the basis of the research status both at home and abroad.The second part is theoreticalresearches onthe ideological and political disciplinekey competencies.The paper discusses the specific connotation of high school ideological and political discipline key competencies on the basis of expounding connotation of key competencies and key competencies of discipline,mainly including political identity and institutional confidence,rationalspirit and legal consciousness,dialectical thinking and macro-history,practical ability and public participation,hoping to provide a certain amount of reference value for ideological and political educators in thinking about the question of "train what kind ofstudents".The third part mainly elaboratescultivation status of ideological and political disciplinekey competencies in high school.Combined with the experts and scholars' large numbers of research results and own practical experience,the paper points out the main deficiencies in the process of cultivating,discusses and analyzesthe main reasons of them,aiming at providing a certain amount of reflective direction for ideological and political teachers.The fourth part is practical researches on the ideological and political discipline key competencies.This article emphaticallydiscusses the improvement measureson the basis of analyzing the deficiencies.After fully understanding relevant national education policies,according to the interpretation of experts and personal thoughts about them,the author discusses the cultivatingmeasuresmainly fromschools,teachers,teaching,curriculum,assessment and some other aspects,hopingto make possible contribution for solving the problem of "how to cultivate students".The fifth part is conclusion.It is mainly about summarizingthe full text briefly,elaboratingthe deficiency in this article,and looking forward to the future researches of this selected topic.
