I's self-evident for education of teachers.Normal students are trying to grow into a competent and excellent teacher.The normal birth students will undergo a special period-education practice before a teacher,we will called this period students as pre-service teachers.Why to practice education after two years' college learning for the master of education? What are changes in professional development of Master of Education after experiencing educational internships? With this issue to start the study.In this study,we will use the method of case study and narrative research to track a master's degree in mathematics major in colleges and universities and record the whole process of participating in educational practice.We choose a certain number of classroom cases to analyze and try to understand the influence and function for professional Mathematics teachers' professional development of the internship.The results show that in the initial stage of professional growth of teachers,pre-service teachers have a strong plasticity,and the cultivation of professional skills will profoundly affect the development of their career.In the process of teaching practice,the professional growth of pre-service teachers is dynamic and persistent,their understanding of classroom teaching content,knowledge of students' psychological cognitive structure,teaching characteristics,teaching design level,teaching and research ability and level and so is the development of intertwined,and have a considerable degree of accumulation and promotion.This study will help educators understand the differences in the professional growth of pre-service math teachers in the theoretical learning phase and the educational internship phase,thus discovering the problem and finding a way to solve the problem effectively,and finally find how to promote the pre-service teachers in the theoretical learning stage Improve the way of professional growth.
