With the development and deepening of the reform of Chinese Reading Teaching in primary schools,information technology,with its unique advantages,has gradually integrated with the teaching of reading.In the reading teaching in the use of information technology to create situations,provide context rich resources,help to stimulate students' reading interest and motivation,to provide support for the development of students' thinking and improve students' ability of language expression.Based on the curriculum standards as a guide,through the language of the third grade primary school reading course of teaching design system,including needs analysis,analysis of present situation of student writing content analysis,learning resource design,teaching process design etc.And around the primary school grade three language reading teaching,the situation of information technology support design can improve students' reading and writing ability,experimental research is carried out.The results show that information technology can improve students' reading interest and reading ability,and then improve their writing ability.The article comprises of six parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly from the problems of the research purpose and significance,research content,research ideas and methods and innovations of this five aspects summarizes the basic content of this topic research situation of information technology to support the design of the teaching of Chinese reading in primary school.The second part is article review.This chapter states the theory of situational approach,situational approach design type and path,definition of the concept,article review from China and oversea.lay the theoretical foundation and for the article.The third part discusses the learning needs analysis through the questionnaire survey,under the guidance of the relevant theories of this research according to the process and elements of instructional design,with "Fertile Paracel Islands" as an example of the teaching design in detail,with particular emphasis on the situation design under the information technology environment model.The fourth part mainly discusses the process of the experiment,including the experimental subject,experimental hypothesis,experiment and result analysis,results showed that the students in the reading teaching,make full use of information technology to design the situation can improve the students' reading and writing ability,and language achievement.The fifth part,the conclusion,the situation of information technology support creation can improve students interest in Chinese learning,can directly improve the students reading speed for students reading and writing ability is a gradual process.The sixth part,the lack of research and prospects,Under the support of information technology in the third grade primary school Chinese reading teaching situation properly and reasonably use design,not only can attract students' attention from the text,the text of emotion,but also can make students emotion sublimation and resonance,make live reading.
