Teacher affinity is not only the key to the establishment of good teacher-student relationship,but also the core of teachers' professional accomplishment.On the basis of previous studies,the concept of teacher affinity is defined,and the structure model of primary school teachers' affinity is constructed,and the teacher affinity evaluation scale is formed.On the basis of data difference analysis,the strategy of improving teacher affinity is given.The research ideas are as follows:First of all,in the introduction part of the research background,research issues,research innovation and research routes,and defines the affinity,teacher affinity,the concept of primary school teachers.In addition to the use of literature research on the affinity of primary school teachers at home and abroad research status,the current problems,the future research trends are explained.Secondly,the structure model of primary school teachers' affinity is constructed.The model includes teacher education and teaching attitude and teachers' behavior,personal behavior and teachers' classroom teaching intelligence.And on this basis,the preparation of "primary school teacher affinity development level",and elaborated on the scale of the preparation process,including the initial scale of the preparation,preliminary test,preliminary test data quality analysis,based on the subject The modification and deletion of the formal scale of the formation.Using the formal scale in Jiangxi Province within a large scale of the test,the results were explored and verified,and measured the reliability and reliability of the scale.Again,the difference between the whole and the dimensions of the scale in demographic variables.This paper analyzes the collected sample data by using SPSS20.0,carries out independent sample T test and one-way ANOVA analysis of each population variable,and uses its data to analyze the development level of primary school teachers' affinity in gender,age,Teaching subjects,as the teacher in charge of the situation,marriage and child care,the number of weeks and teaching age and other differences.To explore the impact of demographic variables on the development of the affinity of primary school teachers.Finally,from the improvement of the selection system of primary school teachers,improve the training level of the development level of primary school teachers' affinity,teachers develop their own affinity development strategy,and construct thesocial support system which is helpful to improve the affinity of primary school teachers.The This paper summarizes the research,explains the further study of the idea,from the need to be further improved in the application,the need for follow-up case study,the composition of primary school teachers and the influencing factors and intermediary role in three aspects.
