At present,with the continuous improvement of the education system,the status of teachers has also improved.As an effective way to help teachers grow into talents and realize their own values,classroom teaching skills lay a solid foundation in classroom teaching.In order to make teachers effective in cognitive mathematics classroom teaching skills,the article looks at the development of teaching skills in elementary school mathematics classroom from the perspective of scientific development,and uses innovative thinking to examine the classroom teaching skills for normal students,institutions of higher learning,practice schools Three influences.This paper studies a series of training modes such as theoretical learning,curriculum setting,subject assessment,and teaching skills training in normal colleges where normal students are located,and focuses on solving the problems in the teaching practice of normal students in mathematics and influencing the formation of classroom teaching skills in local colleges and universities.At the present stage,the students of mathematics normal education are very blind in the training of vocational skills,lack of practical ability and innovation ability,and it is not clear which factors that affect classroom teaching skills are relatively weak in the teaching process.In response to the above questions,the article investigates and studies the mathematics classroom teaching skills of primary school mathematics normal students from questionnaires,interviews,and case analysis methods.First,it examines a large number of studies and documents on classroom teaching skills training for foreign normal students.There are different opinions on the definition and classification of classroom teaching skills.The article will switch the literature review to the nine basic classroom teaching skills cultivated by the normal students of the school,and use the "Survey Form on Vocational Skills Training for Teachers and Students" to compile questionnaires.The questionnaire covers the confidence of the teacher's classroom teaching skills self-assessment.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire have been tested accordingly.Based on relevant theoretical knowledge such as mathematics teaching theory and teaching skills training,the teacher students at the internship stage are selected as subjects.The problems of the survey data analysis that troubled the normal students were manifested in the lack of recognition of the internship classroom teaching skills,the unclear training goals of colleges and universities,the unreasonable curriculum setting,the improper allocation of teachers,and the lack of close links between skills training and assessment.Based on the education of higher education institutions,this paper explores the present situation and forming rule of the classroom teaching skills of primary school mathematics teachers,and explores the influencing factors of the classroom teaching skills of primary school mathematics teachers,so as to analyze the causes of the cultivation of normal students in schools.Based on the current situation of the teaching skills of graduate students participating in teaching internships,according to the skills requirements of the nine skills developed by the school in the teacher training program,the main factors that affect the teaching skills of teachers 'self-assessment and case studies are summarized.Including teaching development goals,Curriculum setting,teacher deployment,internship and internship,participation in teaching skills training,evaluation of teaching practices,self-training,occupation,knowledge and love,and mastery of teaching skills.Three suggestions for the development of the higher education department in the training of normal students,as well as future research prospects.
