The mastering of teaching skills is the prerequisite for a qualified teacher. Classroom teaching skill is naturally an important part of teaching skills. In the past 20 years, the researches and practices in the field of teaching skills have yielded fruitful results in China. In this new century, China has been implementing quality education and basic education reform actively, which proposes higher requirements to teachers, especially to the teachers in the primary schools. But at the same time, the qualities of students in normal colleges, especially their classroom teaching skills are not satisfactory due to the factors such as changing of China's teacher-training patterns and the enlarged enrollment in colleges. Under such circumstances, the research on school factors influencing classroom teaching skill of students in normal college and their countermeasures has become a very urgent and significant subject.This thesis mainly adopts the methods of literature-studying and surveying. Combined with the existing literatures and his own investigations, the author analyzes the present situations and the existing problems of the classroom teaching skills in normal colleges, summarizes the school factors affecting classroom teaching skills, and puts forward the countermeasures on how to improve the students'classroom teaching skills in normal colleges.Classroom teaching skills are defined as the stable behaviors (or activities) or action systems formed through practical exercises which are capable of accomplishing classroom teaching tasks under certain theoretical guidance. The contents of classroom teaching skills are changeable. With reference to the relevant researches, the classroom teaching skills required for the students in normal colleges can be classified into three major levels: basic skills, general skills and special skills. And there are more specific classifications in each level. The internal psychological structure of classroom teaching skills is also very complex, which can be divided into three aspects: knowledge representation systems, teaching implementation systems and teaching monitoring systems.The classroom teaching skills of students in normal college mentioned in this thesis refer to the classroom teaching skills that mastered by the graduates who major in education . And the school factors affecting the classroom teaching skill refer to the factors that are not favorable to the formation of classroom teaching skill for students in normal college in the last few years.The psychological structure of classroom teaching skills is complex, and its formation is also a very complicated process. Nonetheless, the formation of classroom teaching skills also has some rules to follow. The theories and researches about learning process and skill formation at all times and in all countries provide us with some reference to analyze the formation process of classroom teaching skills and to master its rules, such as the views on skill (or procedural knowledge) learning, Skinner's operating conditional principles.The main existing problems in the classroom teaching skills of students in normal colleges are: overall imbalance, incomplete project and inferior quality. As for normal colleges, they should take the responsible for the following: vague understanding and unspecific responsibility; improper curriculum and outmoded content; weak teaching faculty and unsuitable teaching method; relaxed management and inappropriate evaluation. To solve the above problems, normal colleges should take the following countermeasures: raising awareness and clarifying responsibility; optimizing curriculum and updating content; strengthening teaching faculty, reforming teaching method; strictly managing and scientifically evaluating.
