Basketball is skills to compete competitive sports,high strength,the game of basketball for a long time,that's right basketball players of all aspects of the quality put forward higher requirements.The basketball player must master a certain skill and tactics on the basis of solid basic skills,and have a good physical reserve and physical resistance.Basketball players only have a solid physical fitness level,play a good technical and tactical level to play their own level in the fierce basketball game,get the satisfaction result.A good physical fitness level is the basis of a high level of skills.With the development of physical training,a large number of researchers have studied special physical training for basketball.This paper studies the characteristics of zhejiang youth women's basketball team athletes physical training,according to the theory and methods of the basketball athletes' physical training,including the factors of physical training,training principle and content and so on,puts forward a series of suitable for the special physical ability training method of zhejiang youth women's basketball team,make zhejiang youth women's basketball team has certain positive change on physical training,improve the level of basketball movement physical ability training.This study aimed at zhejiang youth women's basketball team physical training is insufficient,the problem of insufficient physical fitness level,draw lessons from the good physical training method of zhejiang youth women's basketball team player a preparation for the national women's basketball youth tournament special physical training to analysis and evaluation.Through literature study and expert interview,questionnaire investigation,etc.,understand the physical training situation of zhejiang youth women's basketball team athletes,puts forward a set of suitable for women's basketball team of special physical ability training plan,training plan attaches great importance to the special endurance and core strength training,and to arrange the movement quality,sensitivity and speed and using experimental method and mathematical statistics method for empirical research of this set of training program,to explore the effect of training of zhejiang women's basketball team.Results showed:(1)the youth women's basketball team coaches and athletes in zhejiang province for physical training does not have a systematic understanding,for lack of awareness of physical training methods and means,for training arrangement and implement,there is no reasonable arrangement and control,the inefficiency of training.(2)the physical fitness test,according to the results of speed,strength,stamina,agility,basic test indexes in the 3200-meter run,variable to reverse layup,lozenge dribbling and sit-ups,compared before and after the four indicators for all have significant difference.It is not significant to help the running.However,there were significant differences between the four groups of 17 returnable,internal and external strength shooting,and the index of the basket on the eight word dribbling.There are also significant differences in indicators of core strength.Overall,the fitness training method has improved the overall fitness level of the athletes.The importance of physical fitness for basketball players requires basketball special training to follow certain rules and principles,which should take into account athletes' fitness level,training intensity,load,content,etc.
