Master’s degree education is to send high-level academic talents with teaching ability and independent scientific research ability to scientific research institutions and education fields.However,today’s high-level academic talents are not enough to meet the needs of the society,Graduate students graduate is no longer just target the grid in scientific research and education,but to a more practical job.Professional postgraduate graduate is to cultivate different from the academic graduate students of high-level applied talents,the most prominent feature is the practice.However,due to innovation in the training model,most of the follow-up training model of academic graduate students,and did not achieve the desired results.In addition,the research on the cultivation of practical ability of postgraduates in finance and economics is not perfect.Therefore,this paper,based on the academic research results,studies the practical ability of postgraduates of finance and economics,combining with the society of Bourdieu The practice theory not only enriches the research field of the cultivation of the practical ability of the master’s degree,but also can improve the practical ability of the master’s degree in finance and economics,and improve the influence of the financial and financial institutions.This paper first analyzes and studies the existing research by using the literature research method,clarifies the importance of the research,defines the related concepts on this basis,and selects the Bourdieu social practice theory as the theoretical basis.And then through the questionnaire survey to understand the status quo of the cultivation of practical ability of postgraduates of finance and economics degree,from the practice field,practice capital and practice practice in Bourdieu social practice theory.According to the principle of constructing indicators,combined with the theory of practice,the factors that influence the degree of master’s degree in finance and economics are further subdivided into the practice base,cooperative enterprise,course teaching,mentor guidance and examination mode.On the basis of seeking professional teachers,There are three indicators of the research system.Using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the dimensions,to construct the researchsystem and compare with the current evaluation scores,learn from the four outstanding practical ability to cultivate the teaching mode,put forward practical suggestions and measures,the practice field Not only to improve and improve the existing practice base of the school’s functional sound and reform,but also to strengthen cooperation between enterprises and practice;practice capital to the government to actively lead the company to fully guide the practice,fully embodies the "introduction" and "going out",and The implementation of dynamic curriculum system;practice to explore the heavy process of scientific evaluation system and invoke external supervision. |
