As an important part of full-time Master's degree and postgraduate training process,practice teaching is an important way to improve students,practical ability and theory for practical ability,and is also the main way to achieve full time master's degree graduate training objectives.The full-time professional degree graduate is set up in order to meet the needs of China's high level and applied talents.With the development of professional degree graduate students grow,should fully grasp the practical teaching in the professional degree graduate training in an important position,improve the professional degree graduate students practice ability.Based on this,this study hopes to explore the following issues:?What are the factors influencing the effect of practical teaching;?What problems exist in the practical teaching of research universities in our country;?What is the reason behind these problems?How to solve problems in practice teaching.On the basis of a questionnaire survey of 298 graduate students in N University,this study preliminarily finds out the general problems in the practice teaching of N University,and on this basis,interviews the graduate students of the ten colleges of N University.After that,we use the theory of grounded theory to analyze the content of the interview,excavate the influencing factors of the teaching effect,and analyze the problems in the process of practical teaching.The main problems are:the lack of the rules of practice teaching,the practice of the most of the students,the lack of process management of the practice teaching,and the lack of the practice teaching.Students are less satisfied with the number of practice bases,the assessment mechanism and the effect of practice.Finally,from the aspects of communication,understanding and political level,we reflect on the problems of tutor guidance,school training and management,practice base,outside school practice unit,practice content and so on,and then put forward countermeasures from the aspects of improving the subject consciousness of the internship units,coordinating the demands of the tutors,and paying attention to the requirements of the students to raise the practical ability.
