From 1991 the first professional degree of master of business administration since its establishment, our professional degree graduate education has experienced the process from scratch, from less to more gradual development. Especially since 2009, with the adjustment of graduate education structure and the enrollment of full-time professional degree graduate students, our professional degree graduate education has entered a rapid development track. Current our country professional degree graduate education exist some problems to be solved, which is a prominent issue is the cultivation of practical ability is weak, this study is focus on the problem of objective, said.This paper focuses on the definition and interpretation of the relevant concepts and theoretical basis, in order to clear the object of study and basis; secondly through interpretation and analysis of professional degree graduate education reform and development policy, to clarify the professional graduate comprehensive education reform is the key of practical ability cultivation; third "H" University as a case through the questionnaire survey and interviews, in-depth analysis of graduate students practical ability training problems; fourth selection of professional degree in developed countries the United States, Japan, the three countries of graduate education are analyzed, summarizes their experiences and models; fifth based on the above empirical analysis and draw lessons from the experience of western developed countries on the basis of and puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the practical ability cultivation of graduate professional degree, such as the construction of practical ability training oriented course Process system and creation of the theory and practice of "stacking" training new model, building and enterprise industry full aperture collaborative division of labor is complementary advantages of cooperation platform of innovative education, construction of internal and external "double teacher" team and establish its application value as the core of the dissertation evaluation index system.
