Reserch On The Construction And Management Of The Echelon Of Teaching Staff In Art Colleges

The research of the teachers’ rank constructs in the art colleges at present,Currently,the key issues of higher art faculty team building institutions face is how to build a line with school-based teachers echelon system construction and development to further improve the faculty team building.It places special emphasis on the problem of teaching staff construction in the Outline of China’s National Plan for Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development(2010-2020),especially it makes more definite requests on developing the quality of the teachers of academics,strengthening the teachers’ virtue,establishing teacher’s professional aspiration and ethics,enhancing the sense of responsibility and the sense of educational mission and so on.It can provide policy guarantee for the teachers’ rank constructs in the art colleges.On the concerns of the teachers’ rank constructs in the art colleges,the author combines the characteristics of running a school and bases on the diversity and specificity of teaching and personnel training,overlaying multiple perspectives on manipulative system of suitable for the establishment of a Higher Art College of Teachers Team Construction echelon personnel training and development of strategic system.Through this integrated topic,it aims to find the new model,the new system,the new method,the new thinking and ways of the teachers’ rank constructs in the art colleges,constructing the theoretical and feasible structure of faculty,giving impetus to the improvement and development of the teachers’ rank constructs in the art colleges.This paper discusses the topic from five levels.First,it analysis the background,core idea and research idea of the faculty construction and states the importance and necessities of the faculty construction.It will provide the basic support of this survey;secondly,it based on the policy and theoretic mode of the faculty construction,deeply analyzed the actual requirements of the faculty construction what can be the theoretical guarantee of this researcher.Thirdly,it analyzes the current situation and problems of the faculty construction through the questionnaire survey,interview and so on,which provides the evaluation basis for this paper.Fourthly,it explores the specific and feasible ways to put forward the security system and countermeasures,through management system,structural system,sustainable models and the implementation of countermeasures,which provide references for the faculty construction.Fifth,Countermeasures on the implementation of the echelon construction of teachers in Colleges and Universities.Sixth,conclusion.
