Has an important influence on the stability of staff working enthusiasm,salary level,thought Stacy Adams' s fair compensation theory,the absolute level of staff's work enthusiasm,to pay satisfaction not only by salary,but also by the influence of the relative level of salary.In recent years,with the rapid development of social work in our country,the impact of the pay level on the social work industry needs to be further studied.This paper takes Stacy Adams' s fair compensation theory,the social work institutions of Shenzhen city C as an example,through questionnaire survey,interview,literature and other research methods of C institutions of various types of employed persons were compared and analyzed,the employees absolute salary level,C mechanism and from the same mechanism in different positions,other institutions similar position relatively,the salary levels of four dimensions of personal history of other industries,the practitioners of C institutions to do a comparative analysis of the attitudes to pay,and general practitioners in order to understand the mechanism of C expected value.The main problems of Shenzhen city to explore the effect of social work agency staff salary and produce,and analyses the reason,based on the China situation from the macro,meso and micro level comprehensive consideration,put forward suggestions to solve the problems facing the compensation of social work agencies engaged in China.
