| Autism spectrum disorder is a kind of general developmental disorders.As a kind of developmental disorders,the cause is unknown,lifelong not cure,can only on the basis of rehabilitation training eased,the autistic children adapt to the society as much as possible.Research purposes:(1)the individual structured teaching plan formulation,and in the process of implementing intervention proper adjustment according to the actual circumstances of the case.Case in a structured teaching scheme after the intervention of repeat stereotyped behavior occurrence conditions,and to assess the structured teaching to repeat stereotyped behavior intervention effect.(2)using the implementation of the structured teaching scheme to reduce the case stereotyped behavior of frequency and the maintain time behavior.Research methods: This study mainly adopts the case analysis,including by using interview method,questionnaire investigation and observation method.Around five case long time tracking investigation,structured teaching for autistic children 2 to 6 years of age to repeat stereotyped behavior intervention effect.The object of study: This study selected the five children with autism rehabilitation center in jiangxi province autistic children 2 to 6 years of age as a case.Five cases were diagnosed in the hospital at or above the provincial level for autism spectrum disorders.Without family genetic history,and without a history of mental illness,the mother during pregnancy the indicators are no exception.Research programs: The whole research process of this research include a baseline period,3 intervention period and 3 maintain observation period,a total of 1 years time.Observation record time for three days at a time,each observation time is one hour,including classroom teaching time is 50 minutes,recess time is 10 minutes.Baseline period mainly observation records stereotyped behavior in children and the initial don’t use any intervention methods.Intervention period begin to enter the structured teaching intervention method,based on the observation records of children stereotyped behavior occurs.Maintain observation period to cancel interference,observation records children after intervention stopped stereotyped behavior occurrence.After the researchers analyze the results,finally the following conclusions:(1)using the structured teaching scheme to autistic children 2 to 6 years of age stereotyped behavior intervention can effectively reduce the occurrence frequency of stereotyped behavior.Although there will be some ups and downs fluctuation in every period,but the overall trend is declining.(2)using the structured teaching to autistic children 2 to 6 years of age stereotyped behavior after intervention,the stereotyped behavior occurred significantly reduced maintenance time.(3)structured teaching for autistic children 2 to 6 years of age stereotyped behavior intervention time and its intervention effect of maintenance have larger positive correlation. |
