Autism is a widespread development disorder, first discovered and proposed by American doctor L.Kanner.At present, domestic autism has gradually become an epidemic from a rare disease. The main symptoms of autism are language development and social interaction disorders and stereotypes.Among these two main symptoms, stereotypes are one of the diagnostic criteria for autism spectrum disorders, and they are also the most headaches for parents or school teachers, problem.Children with autism have more stereotyped behaviors, complex types and diverse forms, which have a negative impact on the learning, life, social integration and mastery skills of autistic children, and stereotypes will accompany autistic people throughout their lives. Therefore, how to reduce or cure the stereotypes of children with autism is urgent, and the study of stereotypes has become an important content of scholars. As a popular intervention model for autism in foreign countries, aquatic activities have obvious effects on the rehabilitation of the main symptoms of autism. However, there are few studies on the intervention of aquatic activities as autistic behaviors in autism, and there is no empirical evidence that the activities in the water are correct.Stereotypes in children with autism have a significant effect. This article takes the issue of whether water activities can improve the stereotyped behavior of children with autism, and selects 3 children with autism in Shanghai Stars Club as a case.In this study,a single subject experiment design was used to develop a personalized underwater activity intervention program for each subject.Through observation, the stereotypes of the baselines of the three subjects were recorded(baseline period, one hour after intervention, the second day after intervention, and Maintenance period).Visual analysis was used to analyze the stereotypes of the autistic children before and after the intervention through interventions in aquatic activities and observational records of stereotyped behaviors. The data analysis showed that the number of occurrences and the duration of the stereotypes of the three subjects were significantly improved and maintained well.RESULTS:By graphical analysis,(1)11 stereotypes of 3 subjects showed a significant decline after intervention in water activities.(2)After the intervention of speech stereotypes in water activities, the number and duration of occurrences decreased rapidly, and there was no rebound trend during the maintenance period.(3)The stereotyped behavior of the three subjects did not rebound significantly one month after the intervention was stopped.(4)The number of the noodles of Tongtong, the thighs of Yuan Yuan and the number of picks of Xiao Hu increased slightly during the maintenance period.Conclusions:(1)In the intervention mode of aquatic activities, the strategies of pre-existing control and active intervention in the stereotyped behavior intervention method are rationally applied, and the intervention effect is significantly changed.(2)After the intervention of speech stereotypes in water, the effect is faster than the behavioral stereotype, and the effect of the maintenance period is relatively more stable than the behavioral stereotype.(3)Water activities can not only effectively reduce the stereotypes of children with autism, but also maintain them well.(4)Simple behavior in stereotyped behavior, the intervention effect is faster than the complex behavior, but the simple behavior is easy to rebound slightly during the maintenance period.Suggestions:(1)understand each participant, personalize the intervention plan,one-on-one counseling;(2)actively adopt appropriate stereotyped behavior intervention strategy;(3)increase autism children’s water activity professional coach training, create a good The underwater activity training environment;(4)increase the setting of the water activity course.
