Students in junior high school get into trouble and face problems in rural-urban continuum get more attention from public,this phenomenon becomes a hot issue in educational field.In recent years,with the development of economy,a large number of immigrant workers have moved into city with their children.The national compulsory education in school children of migrant workers trailing a total of 13.671 million people,including in the junior middle school enrollment of 3.5354 million by2015.They bring a huge pressure to junior high schools,especially their teaching and management.In this research,people mainly use document research and interview approaches to search the situations and problems that exist in junior high school in rural-urban continuum.And people also discussed the advantages and disadvantages that exist in junior high school students in that area.Then people research the reason why these disadvantages and problems exit in student's life.Combining the experience from the author and some successful examples,people put forward an unified management to solve the problem that students in junior high school in rural-urban continuum are difficult to teach.By doing this,we can achieve the goal of the management development of students and the improvement of students.After study,people find that these problems and phenomenon that exist in these junior high students have certain universality and similarity,the reason of these problems have generality and the influence can not be ignored.Junior high school students with these problems,in rural-urban areas must accept centralized treatment,so the introduction of unified management is a right choice.According to the unified management and its standard we constrain the behavior of students,and then the implementationof the managements of the students is a good way for students to cultivate a good habit and insist it.On this basis,to give students a more free,comprehensive,personal space,so that it can help students to grow up well.People think that rural-urban continuum students are in a key period during their development.The implementation of unified management is accord with the need of human nature and the development of society,it is also accord with profit of the masses and the development of students and schools in the future.The implementation of unified management is a way to establish the management of schools,grades and class;families and students' independent management and finally from a comprehensive pattern.Schools which in this area should focus on unified management.Meanwhile school should give a full play to patriarch's educational effect and increase the chance to communicate with teachers to know the behavior of their children and to correct their mistakes.Also,it's important to dive full play to students' self-discipline,let class leader to set a good example to other students and finally improve their ability and from good habits.After people's initial practice and research on the establish a comprehensive management,they hope to provide assistance to help students in rural-urban continuum,and they hope their research can help the found a mental education in rural-urban continuum.
