Research On The Strategic Management Of T Education Company

With the continuous development of China's economy and society,people's demand for higher education or related education and training is increasing.Meanwhile,the number of private education enterprises is increasing,and its market competition is becoming increasingly fierce.Therefore,enhancing the level of strategic management of private education enterprises plays an important role in promoting its market competitiveness and its own benign development.In this paper,it takes the non-governmental educational enterprise T Education Company as the research object.A research on its strategic management was conducted based on the carding and elaboration of the theory of corporate strategic management.First,the external environment and internal conditions of T education company were analyzed by using the relevant theoretical knowledge;second,according to the strategy analysis above,the analysis of the existing problems in the field of strategic management was made;besides,the strategic management improvement suggestions were put forward in view of the company's strategic management issues.First,to refine strategic objectives;second,to define strategic choice;third,to perfect strategic control.Finally,the strategic management safeguards for T Education Company was proposed.The research of this paper is of guiding significance to the various training institutions and other private educational institutions that have emerged in the society of our country at present in how to improve the level of strategic management.It has an important referential meaning to the future development of these private education institutions.It is also helpful to the team construction of the training industry.
