The current vocational education has become an important focus of China's human resources development.With the development and growth of vocational education,the scale of private vocational education has gradually increased,covering a wide range of areas such as marketing,economy,finance,and computer education.At present,the characteristics of private vocational education are: First,the transformation and optimization of quantity to quality.Second,development has gradually become more market-oriented.Third,it gradually slowed down the pace of capitalization.If private education institutions enter the overall market during the early stages of development,not only will they bring about negative effects,but they will also inhibit their own development speed.For instance,the education quality will be difficult to achieve because of excessive expansion and declining education quality.If the private vocational education in Hangzhou wants to move to a higher stage and become the main industry of modernization in Hangzhou,and also transport the necessary talents for the high-end service industry in Hangzhou,then it will not only need to improve its current deep-seated problems,but also need to take a strategic direction.Plan for your own development so as to refresh your core competitiveness.Starting from the theory of competitive competition strategy,this article first analyzes the research background,significance,ideas and methods of this paper based on the PEST method and the Five Forces model to analyze the external industry and industry competition status of TY management training companies,followed by TY management training.The company's internal resources and internal capabilities were sorted out and a comparative analysis of advantages and disadvantages was conducted.Based on this,using SWOT analysis to formulate TY management training company's competitive strategy optimization ideas and measures,and finally put forward five suggestions and measures for the implementation of TY management training company's competitive strategy.This study provides guidance for TY Management Training's future development strategy.At the same time,it hopes to contribute to the competition strategy of other similar training institutions.
