Fast strength,which is an important foundation of most sports program,is one kind of speed strength.And developing students' running and jumping ability,strengthening the lower limbs' strength are the foundation of improving students' physical quality.In primary and middle school,the attention and concentration of sports teaching are easily distracted,running and jumping the traditional practice was taught step by step,the content and form of teaching are dull,which lack of innovation and interest.Students easily produce the feeling of boring,difficultly experience the fun of learning and the enthusiasm of sports participation.Running and jumping-like sports games teaching intervene,combine the elementary student's physical and mental characteristics,which will be the game to the development of primary school students sports skills,enhance students' learning interest,improve students' attention and enthusiasm in class,in order to realize the teaching results and goals.This paper introduce how to develop physical quality class project teaching,and by learning the class sports game,to improve the pupil fast strength of lower limbs,the relationship between sports games and development experimental research,finding out the suitable improvement of the fast strength of lower limbs,primary school sports games teaching methods and teaching content,make physical education teaching activities get application and popularization.This article uses the literature material method,professional interview method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,taking Guangzhou Nanguo primary school,class(1),(3)of Grade three and class(2),(3)of Grade four as the experimental object,the experimental class uses the running and jumping-like sports games teaching,that in comparative classes with normal physical education teaching,for three months(36 hours)of teaching experiment.Through experimental classes and comparative classes students in the lower limbs before and after the experiment evaluation,and the distribution of learning interest evaluation questionnaire of student sports,the study changes before and after the experiment is analyzed.The experimental results show that:1,After 3 months of teaching experiments,the experimental class student,grade three or four in the vertical jump and high touch,standing long jump,50 meters,1minute skip rope,a reverse layup T have a very significant difference in both beforeand after the experiment.A reverse layup that in comparative classes in the standing long jump,T word before and after the experiment,there were no significant difference in the in-situ vertical jump high touch,50 meters,1 minute skip rope achieves the significant difference in a certain extent,increased significantly lower than that in comparative classes results experimental classes.2,In sports study interest level of the questionnaire survey,after three months of teaching experiment,three or four grade experimental classes after experimental sports participation,sports study positive interest,sports study negative interest and attention degree on the four dimensions are very significant differences.That in comparative classes active interest of sports participation,sports learning,physical education learning interest in negative there was no significant difference before and after the three dimensions in the experiment;Focus on sports level reached significant difference,but its growth rate significantly lower than the experimental classes.Thus the following conclusions:1,The sports game of running and jump class is a kind of game which is running and jumping as the main form and content,the pertinence and interest promotes the students' participation and interest in learning.In this way students actively participate in physical education activities and increase the sports load at same time,it has a positive effect on the rapid development of the power of the lower limbs.2,In running and jumping class sports games teaching and routine teaching of elementary school students,there is rapid development of power of the lower limbs,but in dance class sports game,teaching effect is better than that of traditional sports teaching.3,Running and jumping sports game improve Grade three or four students' interest in physical education learning and have a positive impact,promoting students' physical education learning enthusiasm.
