| This paper uses the experimental method to carry out an experimental study on sports games to enhance the interest and physical quality of primary school students in physical education,and selects two parallel classes in the fourth grade of primary school as the experimental objects.Among them,the control class adopts the traditional streamlined teaching method,and the experimental class adopts the teaching method combining sports games and traditional sports teaching materials.Weekly teaching experiment.In the study of interest in physical education,the four dimensions of interest in physical education of boys and girls in the experimental class and the control class were tested before and after the experiment,and the"Primary School Students’Interest in Physical Education Study Interest Evaluation Scale" developed by Professor Wang Xiaozan was used to measure;in the study of physical fitness,select boys and girls who did not participate in extracurricular sports training in the whole experimental period for comparative research;determine various physical fitness indicators and test methods in combination with the"National Student Physical Fitness Measurement Standards"and "Physical Fitness Training Design Guidelines";The measured data before and after were analyzed by Excel,and the paired-samples T-test and the independent-samples Ttest were performed using Spss software.Conclusion:In terms of interest in physical education,after 14 weeks of experimental teaching,the combination of sports games and traditional physical education teaching materials can effectively improve the physical education interest of boys and girls in the fourth grade of primary school.Among them,the tested male and female students have been significantly improved in the dimensions of sports participation and active interest;in the dimension of attention to sports,the tested students in the two classes did not have significant changes.In terms of physical quality,compared with the control class,the sensitivity quality of the tested students in the experimental class has been significantly improved,but there is no significant difference with the control in the test indicators of strength,endurance,speed and flexibility.,flexibility quality,the use of repeated exercises is better than the form of sports gamification;in the long-term endurance quality exercise,the repeated practice is carried out in the form of sports gamification,and the practice effect is better than the traditional form of repeated practice. |
