According to 《China Statistical Yearbook》 of 2011, now China has 1280 higher vocational (tertiary) colleges, and 9.58 million students. Therefore, national financial investment funds are 49.16 billion yuan, and relevant incomes are 105.15 billion yuan. For the survival and development in the fierce competition, it is inevitable for the higher vocational education to innovate in terms of quality, management and reform. In 1998 the ministry of education issued 《the several opinions on strengthening college students’ cultural quality education 》. This document points that universities which want to train qualified personnel must strengthen the students’ humanistic quality education. The same with higher vocational education. Study of humanity quality education training mode in vocational college is significant. First of all, the research of cultivating humanities quality education in vocational college is the inevitable requirement to satisfy the needs of the social and economic development. Second, it can improve the quality of talent training in vocational college. Finally, through the study, humanism quality education of higher vocational colleges systematic work can be strengthened.At present, most scholars do the analysis and research on higher vocational colleges’ the present situation, the necessity, importance and existing problems, reasons, solutions, countermeasures and suggestions, and other scholars focus on humanistic quality and humanistic spirit, humanistic education, the connotation of the humanities quality education, implementation of humanistic quality education, and how to penetrate in the professional education, open up the second classroom, strengthen the construction of campus culture and so on. But the study that pays attention to build a targeted humanistic quality education curriculum system is relatively few. It is lacking in the research and practice that humanity quality education curriculum system should be brought into the teaching plan and evaluation system, and there is almost no study on the combination of existing vocational colleges training mode and constructing the humanistic quality education mode. This article does the theoretical research on constructing the system principle, target, content, method of humanism quality education of higher vocational colleges training mode under the talent training mode in vocational college, and building humanistic quality education training mode of combination with the first class and second class, which is aimed at carrying out humanistic quality education and management to provide certain reference for higher vocational colleges.This article firstly elaborates the humanity quality, the humanity quality education, the humanism quality education of higher vocational colleges, and the theory of humanity quality education training mode in higher vocational colleges, and provides theoretical basis for the study of training mode of higher vocational college students’ humanistic quality. Secondly, basing on analyzing questionnaire surveys of 288 full-time students and 154 students who participated replacement internship of the YNZJ college, and 60 evaluation feedback surveys of the internship units by the SPSS software, and interviewing with teachers from the academic affairs office, student affairs office, training and other related department, the first-hand information of humanistic quality education are obtained. It can be concluded that YNZJ college students’ humanistic quality education problems are:humanistic quality situation is not optimistic, the courses opening of humanity quality and the actual situation are disconnecting, campus environment lacks humanities, the library can’t meet the demand of students, and the humanities type society construction do not play the role of carrier of campus culture construction. And then, combining YNZJ college humanity quality education methods, it is finally affirmative that there are four aspects of reasons:the humanistic quality of higher vocational colleges’ target positioning is inaccurate; almost all people think that students’ humanities quality does not affect the employment; the humanistic quality education is not in the overall work plan of higher vocational colleges; the humanities quality education curriculum status is relatively low. Therefore, it is necessary to build humanistic quality education training mode of combination with the first class and second class. On the one hand, in the system of "first class", it is significant that to combine the humanity quality education in vocational college course system and professional core ability course system, and to form humanistic quality education curriculum system which is in accordance with the characteristics of the personnel training mode in vocational colleges, that are three course system of "first class" humanistic quality education training mode——humanistic quality public basic course group construction, humanistic quality professional core ability course module and the humanities and judgment module curriculum group construction, and humanistic quality courses construction. On the other hand, in the "second classroom" system, all of students’ participating in the construction of campus cultural environment, students’ library reading, the propagandizing on college radio and network platform, and students’ social practice will be incorporated into the teaching arrangement and implementation of credit assessment. Finally, it will have a plan on management organization setup, the construction of the management system, the evaluation mechanism of developing management organization and system in establishing and perfecting combining the first classroom and the second classroom.
