Humanistic quality is a basic quality of human being, it has a strong penetration and influence to other qualities. It also has an important influence on the shaping of the world outlook, the outlook on life and values of individual. Carry out humanistic quality education in the higher vocational colleges could not only change talent develops pattern, but provides extensive and deep cultural basis for students’ innovation spirit and innovation ability training as well. In a certain sense, the humanistic quality education in higher vocational colleges is the return of the tools consciousness to the ontology consciousness, is the development trend of higher education. to study of the Humanities Education in higher vocational colleges, is helpful for gathering the connotation of the humanistic education and guiding the practice of higher vocational education to develop in depth. So as to accommodating the social requirements for higher vocational talents in the quality of humanities.By consulting literatures and summarizing the related research results, and in the basic of actual investigation, the author probing into the humanity quality education of university student of the higher vocational school in order to enrichment the theory of humanity quality education and the practice. This research is include four parts:The author explored the theory of higher vocational students’ humanities quality education in the first part. At first, with the basis of the verify of the related concept of the humanistic education, from the occupational and permeability and open those three aspects, analyzes the humanistic quality education of higher vocational students’ characteristics, secondly, from the development of behavior habits, vocational skills training and improve life taste those three aspects gradually expounds the content of the humanistic quality education of higher vocational, finally analysis the significance of the humanistic quality education in higher vocational colleges.The second part is focus on the main achievements and the main questions existed in the higher vocational humanistic quality education.Main problems including six aspects, respectively is the work does not going with depth, curriculum setting lack of scientific, campus culture construction lack of professional characteristics, teachers to be further enrich,the insufficient respect of students’ subjectivity and the poor result of humanistic quality education of the students.The third part analyzed the reasons why problems exist in the higher vocational humanistic quality education. Analysis mainly from the society, school and students this three view of point. Including the humanities social environment which specific emphasis on technology but ignore the environment of huamnities; Higher vocational "ability standard" leading education mode; the misunderstanding on higher vocational education; the too utilitarian of the higher vocational humanistic education and the neglect of the humanities education of the vocational students.The fourth part put forward reasonable suggestions in view of the main question. Taking the main existing problems of the higher vocational humanistic quality education and the main reason that restrict the development of humanistic quality education in the second part as a breakthrough point, with thorough and meticulous the author put forward feasibility countermeasures to strengthening and improving the humanistic quality education.This study suggests that we should keep pace with the times; change the aim of cultivate talent; strengthen the curriculum system construction and teachers construction; construct distinct features higher vocational school culture; penetration humanistic quality education into the professional practice and training; build humanistic quality education evaluation system.
