In 2002, the ministry of education promulgated the national ordinary higher school physical education curriculum teaching guidelines "(hereinafter referred to as the outline), students can choose which introduced sports curriculum content, the teacher and time for gym class.Now researchers call it the "triple independent", its emergence and implementation has important significance and value, to choose their course content can not only meet the diversified demands students of sports, but also to students to master special motor skills, and to lay a solid foundation for lifelong physical education. By students’ classroom teachers, on the one hand, make the students’ subjectivity, changed the past teachers dominate all situation, on the other hand, students can choose their favorite teachers, raising the students’ enthusiasm in class, students choose teachers also promotes continually strive to improve their comprehensive quality.Because the student can choose his own class time, which makes students can plan their own learning and exercise time, fully ensure that both the students freedom time, realize the double value.This research mainly USES the literature material law, questionnaire survey method, interview method, such as research methods, with Shanghai university students in grade 2015 and 2014 as the research object, the 1200 student questionnaires, investigate students "triple independent" sports option class implementation present situation and the factors that affect students’ course selection, public sports director interview to study the status quo of curriculum arrangement of Shanghai university public physical education and curriculum arrangement consideration.Through in-depth investigation in the Shanghai university public sports option class "triple independent" problems that exist in the implementation process, and found the factors that influence the effect is better to implement practical significance and value of hengyuan, and Suggestions are proposed on the basis of perfecting public sports option class, to guide the university public sports option class in Shanghai the implementation of the "triple independent" better, and also to other colleges and universities better implementation of the "triple independent" sports option class provides the certain reference value. The main conclusion is:(1) public sports option class "triple independent" implementation is less than zero autonomy, an independent, two independent implementations with degree; (2) for a Shanghai university of public sports curriculum content sort is more, but each course content class number difference is bigger; (3) students’ course selection is blind, focus, and less number of open class students like sports; (4) strict control of the test standard has not been fully implemented; (5) different sports teachers number difference is bigger.The factors influencing students "triple independent" course selection are:(1) the facilities in the lack of full opening of the course content; (2) special teacher quantity disequilibrium influence school curriculum content and the realization of the students choose the teacher open; (3) students elective motivation is not pure and favorite sport relatively concentrated; (4) the students like sports sports teachers are less than (5) the time of school physical education as a whole, and therefore cannot implement process throughout the day. |
