The general objective of the new fine arts curriculum standard explicitly stipulates the teaching objectives,which are to let students enjoy the happiness of fine arts activities and to get the lasting interest in fine arts learning.It is a problem worthy of our thought how to motivate and cultivate students' interest in fine arts learning and how to let students have a lasting positive learning enthusiasm for fine arts.Traditional Chinese painting,known as the representative of eastern arts,is the wisdom crystallization of the history of the Chinese nation.Traditional Chinese painting plays an important role in the education of middle school fine arts.However,nowadays many middle school students produce strong strangeness facing such splendid arts.Thus,the teaching of traditional Chinese painting is facing many difficulties.The research direction and point of view about teaching of traditional Chinese painting in junior middle school are varied.This thesis tries to reflect on teaching of traditional Chinese painting in junior middle school from a low starting point of teaching-students ' interest of learning,to focus on junior middle school students' interest in learning traditional Chinese painting,and to survey the current situation of junior middle school students' learning interest in traditional Chinese painting using questionnaire and interview.The thesis tries to find the problems that the students face in the learning of traditional Chinese painting,to analyze the internal and external factors that affect their interest in learning traditional Chinese painting,to reflect on how to improve students' interest in learning traditional Chinese painting in the teaching of junior middle school,and to put forward strategies about how to enhance learning interest.The whole purpose is to let students obtain the knowledge and skill of the traditional Chinese painting in a happy learning environment,enjoy the happiness of fine arts activities,and get the lasting interest in learning traditional Chinese painting.The thesis consists of two parts.One part is the survey report of the current situation of junior middle school students' learning traditional Chinese painting.It raises and analyzes the problems through the questionnaire among the students and the interview among the teachers.The other part,the focus of the thesis,puts forward strategies about how to enhance middle school students' learning interest in traditional Chinese painting.According to the requirements of“Curriculim Criteria of Compulsory Education of fine arts”,it also advocatesteaching innovation from the aspects of teaching contents,teaching methods and teaching evaluation,studies how to motivate students' interest in learning traditional Chinese painting among junior middle school students starting from the actual situation of teaching,and carries out the impact of the motivation of learning interest on students' learning by analyzing actual teaching cases.All in all,the thesis offers great references to the teaching of traditional Chinese painting,especially traditional Chinese culture in theory and also in practice.
