The Research On The Implementation Of Sunny Sport For Primary And Secondary Schools In Xiaogan

With the wave of reform and opening up, people's material life has been constantly enriched, but the physical health of students causes us to increasingly worry. According to the "2005 National Student Physical Fitness and Health Findings" report, It is showed that the lung capacity level and the physical quality of speed, power, strength, stamina continue to decline among the students in our country. To enhance the level of students' physical health, the Ministry of Education, the State Sports General Administration and the CYL Central Committee codetermine to carry out �sunshine sports for hundreds of millions of student� in schools of various levels and kinds.Because of the different economic development level and actual condition in every region of the country, the problem of Sunlight Sports is also different, which requires us to pay attention to Sunshine Sports continuously. In this paper, a survey on the status of Sunshine Sports in primary and secondary schools of Xiaogan has been made. By deep analysis of the relevant data, security conditions and assessing the effects, a method to solve the problem of sunshine sports is proposed. It can also be a reference in other regions.Literature review, expert interviews, questionnaires and mathematical statistics have been applied in the research on implementation and effect of sunshine sports in Primary and Secondary Schools of Xiaogan. It is shown that the situation of sunshine sports in Primary and Secondary Schools of Xiaogan is overall well. the majority of the primary schools have carried out sunshine sports, but still remains some practical problems, It contains that:(1) lack deep awareness of sunshine sports among the students;(2) the combination of sunlight Sports and Gym class should reinforce;(3) sunshine sports should be closely linked to extracurricular sports activities;(4) hardware facilities is out of date and lack of Sports funding;(5) Primary and Secondary sunlight Sports have achieved success to some extent. By reflecting the implementation issues of sunlight sports, A suggestion on the development of sunshine sports is made : Firstly, to promote innovation publicity of sunny sports; Secondly, strict implementation of national physical education courses, relevant departments should make regular check; Thirdly, innovative form of sunshine sports activities, content, to develop campus club model, actively reporting of special projects; Fourthly, schools should increase funding for sports investment and configure the corresponding security measure; Fifthly, Broaden the rising channels and optimize the sports training system for teachers; finally, to establish long-term effective mechanism for sunshine Sports.
